OLI ERM has implemented security measures of a technical and organizational nature to guarantee and protect the personal data collected and ensure that they are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner with respect to the data subject, and that they are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. This ensures that it complies with current data protection regulations, as reflected in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSICE).

 

The data collected on the website www.olierm.com shall be processed in the corresponding contact/customer file belonging to OLI ERM in accordance with the provisions of the foregoing regulations. The only data collected by the website www.olierm.com are those required to respond to queries and information requests and fulfil purchases made by users, and include users’ identifying data, address, telephone number and payment information (i.e. credit card details).

 

WHY DO WE NEED YOUR DATA?

The purpose of processing the data collected through the various forms on this website is to respond to information requests and queries submitted by users, to carry out commercial and administrative tasks required to fulfil online sales of OLI ERM products, and to send users information, adverts and product promotions that may be of interest to them. The data shall be processed solely and exclusively to fulfil the purposes described above.

 

The processing of personal data provided by users shall always require the prior and explicit consent of users through contact forms, thereby providing OLI ERM with the legal grounds to process said data in accordance with the purposes described in the above paragraph. In the event that a user refuses to provide consent, OLI ERM shall not process his or her data and, therefore, shall not be able to respond to any information requests or queries he or she may submit.

 

Users are required to provide the data indicated in the corresponding forms to ensure that OLI ERM is able to respond to their information requests. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

OLI ERM shall keep personal data as long as there is a mutual interest with the user and no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which data are processed (as long as a commercial relationship exists), or as long as there is a legal requirement to retain said data (tax and accounting obligations, minimum of six years). When storage of the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, they shall be deleted using adequate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymization or destruction of the data.

 

TO WHOM DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA?

OLI ERM does not transfer data to third parties, except when said transfer is required to fulfil a legal obligation or when the provision of a service entails the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor. OLI ERM does not carry out profiling with the data it collects.

Users have the right to access their data (to find out if we are processing their data and how we are carrying out this processing), the right to rectification (to correct any inaccurate and/or incomplete data), the right to data portability (to transfer their data to another data controller or to the data subject) and the right to erasure (to have their data erased, provided that there is no legal obligation that prevents it), as well as the right to restricted processing (to request the temporary restriction of the processing of their data) and the right to object to processing (to definitively cancel processing). Users may withdraw their consent at any time and also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (aepd.es) if they believe that the processing of their data does not comply with regulations.
